Creating an Employee

  1. Navigate: HRM → Employee → Create
  2. Personal Information:
    • First Name and Last Name (required)
    • Date of Birth (required)

    • Password (required for new user account)

Overview

Setting Compensation

  1. Select Employee: Choose the employee from the list
  2. Basic Salary: Set the employee's basic salary
  3. Payslip Type: Select the payslip type (determines payment frequency and structure)
  4. Save: Save the compensation settings

Pay Statement (Payslip) Generation

Access: HRM → Payroll → Pay Statement

  1. Select Pay Period: Choose the pay period (month, date range)
  2. Select Employees: Select employees to generate payslips for
